CEO of Tero International Inc.,  Rowena (Ro) Crosbie will join The Harkin Institute on April 16 as part of our spring Student Lunch and Reception Series. Tero International Inc., is a talent development company that Crosbie started in 1993. Crosbie has built her company up from the ground to a business that has helped people in over 40 countries be more confident in their professionalism. She has also written a book titled Your Invisible Toolbox: The Technological Ups and Interpersonal Downs of the Millennial Generation, which tackles the challenges that any modern business person might face when entering a workforce comprised of four generations.

Tero International Inc. is headquartered in Des Moines, IA, with a satellite office in Omaha, Nebraska. Tero has over a dozen programs to help individuals and companies improve their interpersonal and leadership skills. The company was named Best training and Development company in 2015 and 2017, and has many other awards for its training programs and coaching services.

The Harkin Institute’s student lunches offer intimate, hour-long opportunities for Drake University students to visit with an accomplished government, nonprofit, journalism, political or public policy leader. During this event, Crosbie will informally discuss her career, share information, answer questions, provide advice and get to know the students.
