Join The Harkin Institute for a celebration of Deaf and Chinese cultures and a presentation by our George H.W. Bush Disability fellows.
Dr. Amy Hebert Knopf and Dr. Xuan Zheng of St. Cloud State University are researching programs for the deaf in the United States and China in an effort to build support for people with disabilities in China.
